This measurement provides the maximum number of online EGPRS MSs in a cell in a granularity period. This counter indicates the usage of PS services at peak hours in a cell.

The number of online EGPRS MSs is measured every five seconds. The measured maximum number is selected as Maximum Number of Online EGPRS MSs.
