SC000A: BTSFE_RX_CS_PACK_NUM
This measurement provides the number of CS packets that the BTS using IP transmission receives from the BSC over the FE ports.

The logical processing module at the physical layer performs the measurement after receives the CS packets. The BTS periodically reports the result, and the BTSM disassembles the packets and processes the measurement results.
This is an original counter without involving any formula.
