Description

This measurement provides the average throughput of the downlink EGPRS RLC in a cell in a granularity period. The higher the value, the higher the user rate. This measurement is related to factors such as the MS capability, number of channels allocated by the network, and coding scheme used by the MS.

The Average Throughput of Downlink EGPRS RLC (Kbit/s) is calculated according to the total number of downlink RLC data blocks using MCS-1, MCS-2, MCS-3, MCS-4, MCS-5, MCS-6, MCS-7, MCS-8, and MCS-9 coding schemes in a granularity period.
