Description

The measurement of the preceding two counters provides the duration of the maximum uplink power and the duration of the maximum downlink power respectively.

Measurement Point

After the BSC receives an MR or pre-processed MR, the counter TS327B: CELL_REALTIME_WHEN_MAX_DOWN_PWR is incremented by 0.48 x M if the downlink transmit power level in the MR is 0.

When the BSC receives an MR or pre-processed MR, the counter TS327A: CELL_REALTIME_WHEN_MAX_UP_PWR is incremented by 0.48 x M if the uplink transmit power level in the MR is smaller than or equal to the maximum transmit power control level of the MS in the system message.

The values of M are listed in Table 1.
