Description
This counter measures the number of successful internal intra-cell handovers per BSC. The channel involved in the measurement can be the SDCCH, TCHF, or TCHH.
The handover involved in the measurement can be intra-cell handover, intra-cell handover due to channel type conversion, or intra-cell handover due to IUO cell conversion.
According to the counter Internal Intra-Cell Handover Requests per BSC, the internal intra-cell handovers per BSC can be well understood.

This counter is measured according to the following formula when the measurement period ends. For details on the measurement point, see "Measurement Point" of each counter in the formula.
