ZCH320:BSCRPT_INTRABSC_INCELL_HO_REQ
This measurement provides the number of internal incoming cell handover requests of all the cells controlled by a BSC. The channel involved in the measurement can be the SDCCH, TCHF, or TCHH.
The BSC uses the handover algorithm to decide whether a handover is required based on the measurement reports. If a handover is required, and if the source cell (current cell) and the target cell are two different cells controlled by one BSC, the BSC initiates an internal inter-cell handover. This counter measures the number of internal incoming handover requests initiated by the BSC in the target cell plus the number of these requests in all the cells of the BSC.
The handover can be performed between GSM900/850 and GSM900/850, between GSM1800/1900 and GSM1800/1900, between GSM900/850 and GSM1800/1900, or between GSM1800/1900 and GSM900/850.
According to the counters Internal Incoming Cell Handover Commands per BSC and Successful Internal Incoming Cell Handovers per BSC, the internal incoming cell handover per BSC can be well understood.
Integer number or integer.
This counter is measured according to the following formula when the measurement period ends. For details on the measurement point, see "Measurement Point" of each counter in the formula.
Internal Incoming Cell Handover Requests per BSC = Incoming Internal Inter-Cell Handover Requests
(That is, the total of the original counter Incoming Internal Inter-Cell Handover Requests in all the cells of the BSC.)
