Measurement Counter

Description
This measurement provides the number of available TCHs in a cell in the BSC. The TCHs include those that are converted from dynamic PDCHs but not those that are converted into SDCCHs. The value of this counter is the average number of TCHs at each sampling point in the granularity period.

Measurement Point
This counter is measured according to the following formula when the measurement period ends. For details on the measurement point, see "Mean Number of Available Channels (TCH)".

(That is, the total of the original counter Mean Number of Available Channels (TCH) in all the cells of the BSC.)
