Description
This measurement provides the total number of uplink LLC PDUs sent in all the cells controlled by the BSC in a granularity period.

Measurement Point
At the end of each granularity period, this counter is measured by using the following formula. For details, see the cell-level counter described in Number of Uplink LLC PDUs Sent.

Number of Uplink LLC PDUs Sent per BSC = 
Number of Uplink LLC PDUs sent
(That is, the total of the counter Number of Uplink LLC PDUs sent in each cell of the BSC.)
