At the end of each granularity period, this counter is measured by using the following formula. For details, see the cell-level counter described in Number of Transmissions of Uplink GPRS Background Service.

Formula

Number of Transmissions of Uplink GPRS Background Service per BSC = Number of Transmissions of Uplink GPRS Background Service

(That is, the total of the counter Number of Transmissions of Uplink GPRS Background Service in each cell of the BSC.)
