This measurement provides the total number of conversion attempts from the TCH to the PDTCH in all the cells controlled by the BSC.

Formula

Number of TCH to PDTCH Conversion Attempts per BSC = Number of TCH to PDTCH Conversion Attempts

(That is, the total of the counter Number of TCH to PDTCH Conversion Attempts in each cell of the BSC.)
