ZTA03432:BSCRPT_UL_REQ_SUCC
The subscriber can press PPT on the MS to send a TALKER DETECTION message to the BSC for seizing the uplink TCH. After receiving an UPLINK REQUEST message from the BSC, the MSC determines whether the uplink TCH is busy. If the uplink seizure succeeds, the MSC sends an UPLINK REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGE message to the BSC and the subscriber can start the conversation. Then, the BSC sends an UPLINK REQUEST CONFIRMATION message and the MSC sends an UPLINK SEIZED COMMAND message to other BSCs, this indicates that the uplink TCH is seized; otherwise, the MSC sends an UPLINK REJECT COMMAND message to the BSC, the subscriber cannot start the conversation. This measurement provides the number of successful uplink seizures in the BSC.
Integer number or integer.
At the end of each granularity period, this counter is measured by using the following formula. For details, see Successful VGCS Uplink Seizures.
Successful VGCS Uplink Seizures per BSC = Successful VGCS Uplink Seizures
(That is, the total of the counter Successful VGCS Uplink Seizures in each cell of the BSC.)
