ZTA03433:BSCRPT_UL_REQ_FAIL_BSC_REJ
The subscriber can press PPT on the MS to send a TALKER DETECTION message to the BSC for seizing the uplink TCH. The BSC detects whether the uplink TCH is busy before sending an UPLINK REQUEST message to the MSC. If the uplink TCH is busy, the BSC rejects the request of the MS for the uplink TCH. If the uplink TCH is idle, the uplink seizure fails because of errors in the BSC after the MSC sends an UPLINK REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGE message and before the BSC returns an UPLINK REQUEST CONFIRMATION message, the BSC also rejects the request of the MS for the uplink TCH. This measurement provides the number of requests for the uplink TCH rejected by the BSC.
Integer number or integer.
At the end of each granularity period, this counter is measured by using the following formula. For details, see Unsuccessful VGCS Uplink Seizures (BSC Rejected).
Failed VGCS Uplink Seizures (BSC Rejected) per BSC = Unsuccessful VGCS Uplink Seizures (BSC Rejected)
(That is, the total of the counter Unsuccessful VGCS Uplink Seizures (BSC Rejected) in each cell of the BSC.)
