Description
After a call is successfully established, the BSC receives a CONN message sent by the called MS and a CONN ACK message sent by the calling MS if the called party picks up the phone. The BSC then collects the successful connections.
This measurement provides the number of successful connections of the TCHs, TCHFs, and the TCHHs in each cell of the BSC.
