ZTM347: BSCRPT_TOTAL_CELL_CALL_DROPS_CONN_FAIL_SIG_TCH
After the MS is in the stable communication state on the TCH carrying signaling, the BTS sends the BSC a CONN FAIL IND message, indicating that call drops occur on the Um interface because of the abnormal connection at the radio link layer or hardware failure. This measurement is triggered each time a call drops due to the abnormal connection at the radio link layer.
Integer number or integer.
The value of this counter is calculated according to the following formula.
Call Drops on TCH per BSC (Connection Failure) (Signal Channel) =
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (Radio Link Failure) (TCHF) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (HO Access Failure) (TCHF) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (OM Intervention) (TCHF) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (Radio Resource Not Available) (TCHF) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (other) (TCHF) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (Radio Link Failure) (TCHH) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (HO Access Failure) (TCHH) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (OM Intervention) (TCHH) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (Radio Resource Not Available) (TCHH) per BSC] +
[Call Drops Due to CONN FAIL Received from the Signaling Channel in Stable State (other) (TCHH) per BSC]
