You cannot open an entire frameset in Design View. Open its pages frame by frame.

An HTML frameset page calls two or more HTML pages to specified areas of your Web browser window. You cannot open all of the HTML pages called by a frameset at once. You must edit the pages the frameset calls one page at a time.

To correct this error

• Edit each Web page called by the frameset separately.
