This dialog is splitted in two parts. On left side is list for all icons in choosen file (if applicable, this can be icon library, exe, dll, ocx etc). On right side is preview pane for chosen icon or picture. Checkbox is allow to switch between small and large icons.
Note, that editor can't correctly show high color icons nor icons with alpha-channel, they are will be reduced to 256 colors.
