Selecting Point Labels in the Graph Options dialog is one way to access the options described here. Use these options to place text labels (case names or case numbers) over individual icons in your icon plot.
Display point labels. Select the Display point labels check box to display the point labels (shown in the spreadsheet below this check box) in the icon plot. If no point label is shown in the spreadsheet, then selecting this check box will display case numbers as point labels by default. No point labels will be displayed if this check box is cleared.
Font. Click the Font button to display the standard Font dialog from which you can choose a different font (e.g., size, type, etc.) for the point labels.
Mini-formatting toolbar. The mini-formatting toolbar provides quick access to options for customizing the point labels. Using these buttons, you can change the font attributes to bold or italics, etc. A listing and a brief description of each of these mini-formatting toolbar buttons is available in Mini-Formatting Toolbar.
Point label spreadsheet. The current point labels will be shown in the spreadsheet on this tab. You can edit point labels by typing directly into this spreadsheet. The point labels can also be edited by using the mini-formatting toolbar available on the top of this spreadsheet.
