When you are not using Microsoft New Phonetic with the touch keyboard, you can Enter English in one of the following ways:

• Press SHIFT to switch to English input state.
• On the taskbar, click the icon to change it to .
• Press Windows logo key+Spacebar to switch to US keyboard.
• Press Shift+English letters. Turn off Caps Lock for uppercase letters; turn on Caps Lock for lowercase letters.

When you are using Microsoft New Phonetic with the touch keyboard, you can switch to English input view to enter English. For more information, see Microsoft New Phonetic.
