Directory Objects Can't Be Modified

You may not be able to modify directory objects in a site for the following reasons:

• The objects are read-only.
• You are logged on under an account that doesn't have permission to modify that object.

To change properties on an object, verify that you have permission to modify it. Keep in mind that some objects can reference objects in another site, so you may also need permission to modify those objects.
