Folder Permissions

You can set permissions for public folders and mailbox folders by assigning a role to a user name that appears in the global address list. You can define custom roles or use the following default roles:

Every folder has a default user that grants permissions to undefined users. To give only defined users permission to use a public folder or mailbox folder, you can set the default user to None.

Each role is defined by a set of permissions as follows.
