Predefined Architecture MIF Files

There are six architectures predefined in the SMS database. These architectures are:

• Personal Computer
• SMSEvent
• UserGroups
• JobDetails
• PackageLocation
• SNMP Traps

You can use MIF files to add information about five of these six architectures to the SMS database (you cannot use MIF files to add information about SNMP traps). These MIF files can vary in size, but in general they are too large to include examples for all types in this manual. You can view samples of each of these MIF files on an SMS site server in the SITE.SRV\DELTAMIF.COL\PROCESS directory.
