SMS is designed so that a Run Command On Workstations job does not show a status of complete unless all possible target computers have run the package command. Because many Run Command On Workstations jobs are optional, and are distributed to a large number of computers, these jobs typically never complete. This does not indicate that an error has occurred. It just means that not all target computers have run the command.
