To use Eximwiz to convert Microsoft Exchange Bulk Export files to Microsoft Mail import format
Start the Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator program, and then export the addresses from the required container to a .csv file.
Run Eximwiz.exe.
Select the input file as the .csv file from the previous step, and then select an output file to which the Microsoft Mail import instructions will be written.
Select the user addresses that you want to process. If you want to process a majority of the addresses, select the Add All option and then remove the addresses that you don't want to process.
You will be prompted to select one of the following options:
After you select the option you want, supply the appropriate information (postoffice name, administrator ID and password for Microsoft Mail directory import, and MAPI logon and recipient address information).
To use Eximwiz to export from Microsoft Mail, and create a .csv file to add Microsoft Mail recipients as Microsoft Exchange custom recipients.
Start the Microsoft Mail Import program, and then export the mailboxes from the required postoffice to a text file.
Run Eximwiz.exe.
Select the text file created by the Microsoft Mail Import program from the previous step, and then select an output file to which the data will be converted into an Exchange.csv input file
Select the mailboxes from the Microsoft Mail ASCII text file you want to process. If you want to process a majority of the mailboxes, select the Add All option and then remove the mailboxes that you don't want to process.
Choose either the Microsoft Mail friendly name in the "FirstName" format or the "LastName FirstName" format.
The following fields are filled with data in the .csv file. You can also select other fields to add to the.csv file.
You will be prompted to select one of the following options:
Select the option you want, and then supply the appropriate information
After you save your selection, use Eximwiz later to add addresses to the .csv file as necessary. This feature prevents you from having to edit the ASCII file or make another connection to the Microsoft Mail postoffice for a new list.
