When you reach the final screen in the Upsizing Wizard, it offers to create an Upsizing Report. The upsizing report documents what objects the Upsizing Wizard created on SQL Server. It includes information about any devices and databases that were created as well as a complete explanation of how each Microsoft Access object that was upsized maps to a SQL Server object. After upsizing is complete, you can view this report on screen or print it for future reference.
