Appendix A - Viewing the Control Toolbox in Outlook

Overview:

Outlook requires a unique set of steps to view the Control Toolbox

Steps:

• Create new mail message
• Choose Tools, Design Outlook form
• Click on Control toolbox icon to display Toolbox
• Right click on Toolbox and choose Custom Control
• Select control then drag it into form
