Duplicate keys can occur when users of different replicas simultaneously insert a new record and use the same primary key for their respective records. When the replicas are synchronized, the synchronization succeeds, but Microsoft Jet writes a duplicate key error to the MSysErrors table for each of the records that could not be inserted or updated. To correct a duplicate key error, change the value of one of the keys or delete the duplicate record.
