IDirectInputDevice::RunControlPanel

The IDirectInputDevice::RunControlPanel method runs the DirectInput control panel associated with this device. If the device does not have a control panel associated with it, the default device control panel is launched.

Parameters

hwndOwner

Parent window handle. If this parameter is NULL, no parent window is used.

dwFlags

Not currently used. Zero is the only valid value.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, the return value is DI_OK.

If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values:

QuickInfo

  Windows NT: Use version 5.0 or later.
  Windows: Use Windows 95 or later. Available as a redistributable for Windows 95.
  Windows CE: Unsupported.
  Header: Declared in dinput.h.
  Import Library: Use dinput.lib.
