The IExchangeRuleExt interface supports custom actions for a deferred action message (DAM). The custom action DLL that contains this interface is supplied by the user. You must supply this interface and its methods; in addition, you must supply the IUnknown interface and its QueryInterface, AddRef, and Release methods.
