MaxBandWidth

This property specifies the maximum network bandwidth used for IIS. This setting can be used to help to prevent overloading the network with IIS activity. This is not an inheritable property, but the value set at the machine level is globally available to all server instances. MaxBandWidth can be set individually for specific server instances to be used instead of the global value, and may exceed the global setting established at the machine level. A server instance must be stopped and restarted for a changed MaxBandWidth value to take effect.
