The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Excel for Windows 95, version 7.0

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Access Form and Access Report commands on the Data menu, you are unable to choose the range to use with these commands. When you use these commands, the current region is used.

WORKAROUND

To use a range of data other than the current region, insert a blank row and/or column to offset the data you don't want to include in the form or report. This creates a smaller current region to be used by the Access Forms and Access Report commands.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
