XCLN: Work Online or Offline Dialog Box Appears Twice

SYMPTOMS

When you start a Microsoft Exchange client with an empty profile, and you add the Exchange Server Services, you will be prompted four times whether to work offline or online. You may also receive the following error:

   The service you have just added will not start until you choose Exit
   and Log Off on the File menu, and then restart Microsoft Exchange.

CAUSE

This is by product design.
