SYMPTOMS

When you try to run Setup, the installation may not begin, and you may receive a dialog box with the following message:

   You must be a member of the Administrator group to run Microsoft
   Exchange Server Setup

CAUSE

You must be logged on to the Microsoft Windows NT domain as a member of the Administrator group to successfully run Microsoft Exchange Server Setup.
