XADM: Cannot Change the Storage Limit Warning Message

SUMMARY

When the storage limit is reached for Microsoft Exchange Public Folders or Mailboxes, a warning message is sent to either the Public Folder contact or the mailbox owner. The message that is sent out cannot be changed.
