XADM: Administrator Program Column Settings Lost After Upgrade

SYMPTOMS

When upgrading Microsoft Exchange Server to a newer version, all column settings that were manually defined in the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program will be reset to the default column settings.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server, version 4.0, 5.0, and 5.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
