Incorrect Heading for Microsoft C/C++ Makefile for MS-DOS

The heading on page 25 of the "Developer's Guide" for the FoxPro Library Construction Kit (LCK) is incorrect for the Microsoft C/C++ makefile for MS- DOS.

The bold heading on the page incorrectly says "WATCOM C Makefile for MS-DOS". It should say "Microsoft C/C++ Makefile for MS-DOS".
