MORE INFORMATION

NOTE: No online help is available to describe what happens when one of these buttons is chosen.

Description of Buttons

  • Adjust Fields: Displays the dialog box to select fields. Use this button to remove some of the selected fields.
  • Adjust Layout: Displays the dialog box to select a layout. The layout choices are Horizontal (the default) and Vertical. Selecting Vertical allows all fields to be displayed, placing one field on each line. Note, however, that this may create an extremely long report.
  • Ignore: Places as many fields as will fit on one line, and discards the rest.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

  1. In the Command window, type "CLOSE ALL" (without the quotation marks).

  2. From the Run menu, choose Wizard, and then choose Report.

  3. When prompted, select Report Wizard. Choose Next.

  4. When prompted to select a table, choose Open.

  5. Select CUSTOMER.DBF, located in the <FoxPro_directory>\TUTORIAL subdirectory. Choose Open.

  6. Choose Finish.

The dialog box prompting you to adjust fields, adjust layout, or ignore is displayed.
