FoxPro Index Missing References to FoxBind

References to FoxBind were inadvertently omitted from the index of early editions of the FoxPro documentation. Later editions of the documentation list FoxBind appropriately.

In the first release of the documentation, FoxBind is documented on page 3-11 of the Release Notes. In the November edition, the same text is included on page 9-11 of the "User's Guide" under the heading "procedures binding." In the August, 1990, edition, the information is indexed under the heading "FoxBind."
