SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft FoxDoc, an attempt to specify the path to a file through a macro substitution fails with a "Program file not found" error.

CAUSE

FoxDoc appends a period to the filename that is generated.

RESOLUTION

Obtain and install an updated copy of FoxDoc. For more information, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
