The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Pocket Word version 1.0

SYMPTOMS

When you edit a line of indented text in Pocket Word, the edited text may not be properly displayed.

CAUSE

When you edit indented text, Pocket Word may not refresh the screen properly, causing the text to be displayed differently than expected. However, the text is actually changed as you intend.

RESOLUTION

To refresh the document so that you can view the changes to your text, tap the Pocket Word taskbar button to minimize Pocket Word, and then tap the Pocket Word taskbar button again to restore the Pocket Word window.

STATUS

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

MORE INFORMATION

You cannot apply the indent format to text using Pocket Word. However, if you transfer a document from your desktop computer that contains indented text, Pocket Word preserves the indent formatting.
