H/PC Hangs after Receiving "Error Deleting File" Message

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to delete a file that is open or marked with the Read- Only attribute, you receive the following error message:

   Error Deleting File. Cannot delete '<filename>': Access is denied. Make
   sure that the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is 
   not currently in use.

If you continue to use your Handheld PC (H/PC) without closing the error message, you may experience one or more of the following problems:
  • The screen is not refreshed properly.
  • Your H/PC stops responding.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, press the Reset button on your H/PC, and then press the On button.

NOTE: Any unsaved information will be lost.
