NOTE: In this article, the term "Windows Messaging" refers to both Microsoft Exchange and Windows Messaging.

SUMMARY

You cannot export Windows Address Book (WAB) entries from Internet Mail into Windows Messaging. However, you can import Personal Address Book (.pab) entries from Windows Messaging into Internet Mail.
