PS/2 30 with MCGA Hangs at Bootup with Microsoft Serial Mouse

The IBM PS/2 model 30 with MCGA and a Microsoft serial mouse stops (hangs) on bootup when the Microsoft Mouse driver version 7.05 is used without the /y switch.

To correct this problem, edit the CONFIG.SYS file to read as follows:

   device=<path>mouse.sys /y
