MS Graph: Including and Excluding Data from Charts

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Graph, when you exclude a row or column of data in the datasheet, Graph automatically redraws the chart in the chart window, omitting data from the rows or columns you excluded.

To exclude one or more rows and/or columns, use either of the following methods.

Method 1:   Double-click the border button of the rows or columns you want
            to exclude from the chart.

Method 2:   Drag across the border buttons of the rows or columns you want
            to exclude from the chart, and then choose Exclude Row/Col from
            the Datasheet (or Data) menu.

To redraw the chart with data previously excluded, double-click the border buttons of the excluded rows or columns.
