This article explains how to display multiple days in the appointments area of the Day/Week/Month view of your Microsoft Outlook 97 Calendar.

The daily appointments area of the Day/Week/Month view can show more than one day of appointments. To display multiple days use one of the following methods.

   To display up to ten days:

      Press ALT+<n>, where <n> is the number of days.

   For example, if you want to display the appointments of three
   consecutive days, press ALT+3. The daily Appointments area
   automatically displays three evenly sized days. Pressing ALT+0
   will display ten days.

   To display up to fourteen days:

   1. In the monthly Calendar area, select the starting date.

   2.    Hold down the SHIFT key and select the ending date. Or hold down
the
      Ctrl key to select non-contiguous dates.
