                        , a self-extracting, 210 KB file, on the following

          On the www.microsoft.com home page, click Support.
          Click Knowledge Base, and select Outlook.
    
          Enter kbfile Vbaoutl.exe (size: 214905 bytes) 
                                  , and click GO!
