OL97: Error Trying to Use Word as Your E-mail Editor

SYMPTOMS

When attempting to use Microsoft Word 97 as your e-mail editor in Microsoft Outlook 97, you may get the following error message:

   This form requires Word as your e-mail editor,
   but Word is either busy or cannot be found.

Following the message above, Outlook uses the default editor for the message.

CAUSE

This problem has been reported when using the Colorgraphic Pro Lightning Accelerator card.

RESOLUTION

Delete or rename the "Mover" software that comes with the Colorgraphic Pro Lightning Accelerator card.
