OL97: Err Msg: Outlook Caused A GP Fault In Module RASGDI.EXE.

SYMPTOMS

When printing Contacts in Address Card view in Microsoft Outlook 97 using a Okidata OkiPage 4w printer, you may receive the following error message:

   OUTLOOK caused a general protection fault in module RASGDI.EXE at
   000d:0000135b

    -or-

   OUTLOOK caused a general protection fault in module VHSDGDI.DRV at
   000d:0000135b

CAUSE

This behavior may occur with Version 3.10 03/25/97 of the Okidata Okipage 4W printer driver.

RESOLUTION

Upgrade to version 4.0 of the Okidata Okipage printer driver. You can download this driver (4we3195.exe) from the Okidata Web site at:

   http://www.okidata.com/drivers/win95txt.html

NOTE: Remove the current driver prior to installing the updated version.
