PC Win: Send Mail Command Doesn't Support Extended Characters

SYMPTOMS

Versions 3.0 and 3.0b of Microsoft Mail for Windows do not support sending files with extended characters in the filename through the Windows 3.0 or 3.1 File Manager.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 3.0 and 3.0b of Microsoft Mail for Windows. The problem was corrected in version 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows.
