PC DOS: MS-DOS Client Doesn't Log Msg. If Print Selected First

SYMPTOMS

If the version 3.0 or 3.2 Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, MS-DOS workstation, is configured to automatically log read mail and the user chooses to print before reading the message, the message is not copied to the log file or folder.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 3.0, 3.0b, and 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, MS-DOS workstation. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
