PC DOS: MS-DOS Client Does Not Show Changed WELCOME.GLB Header

    3.0, 3.0b, and 3.2

The WELCOME.GLB header in the Inbox displays as

   Welcome to the mail system

even when the WELCOME.GLB subject has been modified.

The modified subject will appear when you view the welcome message.

NOTE: The Windows client correctly displays the modified header.
